What to include
If you are reporting a problem, it helps to mention your device model, your Android version and what you were doing when it happened. Please do not include your glucose readings or other health details — they are not needed to help with a technical problem, and your health information is best kept on your own device.
Please note: we cannot provide medical advice. For anything about your readings, target ranges, medication or your care, please speak to your doctor, obstetrician, midwife or diabetes educator. For an urgent medical concern, contact your healthcare professional or your local emergency service.
